These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BonaFeed mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Backstage Innovations LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal information.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must notify us of unauthorized use.

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account settings. Account deletion will result in removal or anonymization of associated personal information within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, or operational retention requirements.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• process
  
• analyze
  
• display

your content for operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the Service.

You represent that your content complies with law and does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or harms the Service.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The Service may use automated systems and third-party providers.

By submitting content, you consent to such processing.

AI-generated outputs:

• may be inaccurate or incomplete
  
• are provided for informational purposes only
  
• should not be relied upon as accurate, complete, or definitive

6. Health, Nutrition, and Allergy Disclaimer

The Service may provide food and nutrition-related information.

Such information:

• may be incomplete or inaccurate
  
• may be derived from automated systems or user input

We do not guarantee allergen-free content.

The Service does not provide medical advice.
You should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical or dietary decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding user content) is owned by Backstage Innovations LLC and protected by law.

You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for data loss.

9. Paid Features (if applicable)

The Service may offer paid features or subscriptions.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions where permitted.

15. Apple App Store Notice

These Terms are between you and Backstage Innovations LLC, not Apple.

Apple:

• is not responsible for the Service
  
• has no maintenance obligation
  
• is not responsible for claims

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Backstage Innovations LLC regarding the Service.
